Greg Cooper was appointed Acting Chief of Police on August
18, 2008. Cooper, a former Naval Intelligence STA unit in the
Marines where he reached the rank of Sergeant (E5), served as
the chief of police in Mowrystown for four years. He has also
served as an officer in both Aberdeen and Sardinia, and was a
full time police officer with the Health Alliance in Cincinnati. Cooper is pictured at the rignt, along with Sargeant Brian M Layne, who joined the Higginsport Police Department concurrently with the appointment of Chief Cooper. |
